Angels' Place is a nonprofit organization in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that helps single parents and their children by "provide opportunities to learn, explore, and connect with one another in an inclusive environment." Their programs include early childhood education, child care, and a family support program for single parents who meet low-income guidelines. For over 3 decades, they have been supporting parents and children in need.

Brand & Social Media Audit

Angels' Place currently has an established social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Their brand voice is compassionate, grateful, and community oriented. Their social media accounts are used to spread awareness, raise money, and thank their donors and volunteers.

They receive hundreds of thousands of dollars in monetary donations annually. However, the nonprofit is looking to continue to scale their efforts. With the aid of social media, they can continue to expand their learning experiences and impact on Pittsburgh families.

This campaign is aimed at making Angels' Place's social media tone more personal and organic. It will continue their existing presence on Instagram and Facebook and build out their presence on LinkedIn. By developing their brand identity, they have the opportunity to reach more potential donors and families that might need their services.
